Water-based adhesive for single-side premium interior lamination

H.B. Fuller will showcase its Thermonex One 301-01 A adhesive solution in Stuttgart. This high-performance, water-based PUR adhesive is used for single-side premium interior lamination where very good sag resistance and adhesion are required. It provides good hydrolysis stability, high heat resistance and very low odor (value 3.0 according to VW norm, internal testing).

Thermonex One 301-01 A is an all-in-one solution. Once it is applied by spraying only on one of the surfaces to be bonded, it needs to be dried as usual. It is suitable for substrates like leather, textiles, artificial leather, pre-treated olefines, wood, ABS and more, and can be fixed in vacuum, press or manual lamination.

Key benefits include reduced parts handling, spray time and overspray. The adhesive lowers the risk of pollution on the A-surface. Its ease of use (single-side application) and the opportunity it provides for process optimization generates a higher output and overall cost savings.
