At our headquarters in Weissenburg, Bavaria, Germany, we have established a technical center to simulate the entire process chain of Film Insert Molding.

This includes screen printing and tempering of the ink layers, followed by high-pressure forming, UV curing, and trimming of the formed films, all the way through to the automated loading and direct back molding of the formed films into the injection molding process.

In our IMD/FIM Center, we can comprehensively test the properties of our IMD/FIM screen printing inks, adhesion promoters, and lacquers.

This enables us to continuously optimize our printing inks and determine the most suitable ink layer structures for customer projects.
