FORCIOT is
a Finnish technology company that designs and develops high-quality sensor and
heater solutions utilized in automotive interiors. Forciot solutions are
integrated and optimized to accurately measure and report data such as force,
weight, balance, and pressure. The same solution can also be used as a heater.
When
integrated into seats, the thin and conformable Forciot solution can, for
example, provide data to optimize seat comfort, detect weight-based occupancy,
and provide heating functionality. Several
functionalities can be provided with the same seat sensor & heater
solution, The solution can also be applied to other areas into car interiors, working
e.g. as a panel surface heater.
The technology for the measurement systems is based on a unique printed stretchable electronics innovation that includes advanced self-calibrating and machine-learning software.
