Pilar Munoz holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Zaragoza and is a civil servant specialized in international trade policy working for the Spanish Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business.
She served as Commercial Counsellor at the Spanish Embassy in Berlin from 2014 to 2019 and has held the post again since 2022 to the present day.
