Rossella Guasco is Vice President CMF Design Europe at Stellantis, where she leads Color, Material and Finish strategy across the Group’s European brands, contributing to the development of advanced design visions and customer experiences through colors, materials and finishes.
Originally trained as an architect, she has built her career around the intersection of design culture, material innovation and sensory perception, bringing a multidisciplinary and human-centered approach to automotive design.
With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, she began her career at Lancia in 1995, at a time when CMF was still an emerging discipline within automotive development. Over the years, she has contributed to the transformation of CMF into a strategic driver of brand identity, personalization, innovation and perceived quality.
Her experience spans a broad range of automotive expressions, from iconic urban mobility projects to premium and performance-oriented brands, always with a strong focus on emotional connection, authenticity and craftsmanship.
Strongly influenced by Italian design culture, Rossella Guasco believes in a material design-driven approach, where materials and emerging technologies play a central role in shaping human-centered innovation and defining the future evolution of mobility
