Karen Guzman

Karen has been with Covestro for seven years and leads the strategy implementation, marketing activities, design community outreach and the circular economy strategy for engineering plastics in the automotive industry regionally. She is based in Pittsburgh and has held market development positions in Mexico and Michigan. Prior to joining Covestro, Karen held technical and business development positions at BASF. She is a chemical engineer with an MBA and a diploma in automotive design and engineering.
