Q When and where is the next edition of Automotive Interiors Expo Europe?  

A The next edition is taking place on June 23–25, 2026 in Stuttgart, Germany

Q What are the opening times of the expo?  

A The expo is open from 09:30 to 17:00 on Tuesday June 23 and Wednesday June 24, and from 09:30 to 15:00 on Thursday June 25.

Q When and where is the next edition of Automotive Interiors Expo's InteriVision Summit?  

A The summit will run from 09:00 – 16:30 on June 23 & 24.

Q When and where is the next edition of the Innovation Showcase?  

A The next edition of the Innovation Showcase takes place on the show floor at Messe Stuttgart, Germany on June 23–25, 2026.

Q Where can I find details of the summit schedule?  

A The schedule will be available under the InteriVision Summit menu once details are fully confirmed.

Q. Who is the event for?  

A The event is aimed at Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 Suppliers, Engineers and Developers, Interior and UX Designers, Research and Academia, Technology Innovators and Startups, Government and Regulatory Bodies, Procurement and Product Managers, Investors and Business Leaders.

Q Is this a trade event only?  

A Yes, this event is aimed at industry professionals only. Please note: Complimentary access is reserved exclusively for qualified trade buyers.
Any supplier or service provider will need to register for a Commercial Visitor Pass to attend the event. Commercial registration costs €149 + VAT before the show and €199 onsite.

Q Can I bring a child to the event?  

A Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend the event. This policy ensures a professional and safe environment for all attendees. We recommend making alternative arrangements for young children during the event.  

Q Are there business facilities at the event?  

A Yes. Please refer to the venue website for specific details. Venue information.

Q Are there catering facilities at the event?  

A There will be a variety of food and drink outlets situated within the Halls. Please view visitor Information on the venue's website or download the official event app for the locations and menus.

Q Are there cloakrooms at the venue?

A There is a cloakroom located in the East and West Entrance for all visitors and exhibitors.

A Automotive Interiors Expo is organized by UKI Media & Events, a division of UKIP Media & Events Ltd.

Q Is there free parking at the event?  

A Thanks to the dynamic parking guidance system, the nearest free parking space is easy to find. Visit the venue website for more details. There are also paid options available. 

Q How do I register for access passes for my team?  

A Registering your team is just a few steps away. Simply log into your Exhibitor Manual and you will find a link for registration.

Q What are the build days and timings?  

A For all build information, please view the Exhibitor Manual.

Q Can I gain early access to the halls on breakdown?  

A No, exhibits may be not removed before the exhibition closes at 15:00hrs on Thursday, June 25, 2026, nor will any contractors be allowed into the halls until this time - please ensure that you have briefed your contractors accordingly.

Q What is the breakdown process and timings?

Q Where can I park?  

A Exhibitors can purchase parking tickets for the duration of the show (e.g. permanent parking permits, VIP parking permits or loading bay slots alongside the halls) via the Webshop, or on-site from Gate 2. For more information, please view the Exhibitor Manual.

Q Can I leave my vehicle onsite during build and breakdown?  

A For vehicle access information during build-up and breakdown, please view the Exhibitor Manual.

Q Can I apply for a parking permit?  

A Yes. Please note that access to the fairground via vehicle for set-up and dismantling is now only possible with the fee-based registration and booking of a time slot via VisiFair for parking outside the exhibition halls. This replaces the previous deposit system and is non-refundable. For more information, including VisiFair contact details, please view the Exhibitor Manual.

Q Can I collect visitor data throughout the show?  

A Yes, you can capture the contact details of everyone who visits your booth with our simple-to-use Visit Connect automatic lead-retrieval system. The data scanning app is part of your registration fee by being an exhibitor. For any questions please email: leads@ukimediaevents.com.

Q How do I become a sponsor?

Q How do I become a speaker?  

A When our call for speakers opens, you will be able to submit your speaker proposal on the dedicated page. Please check back for all updates.

Q Do I need to provide any materials for the press lounge or VIP areas?  

A As a speaker, you have the opportunity to have materials within the conference theatre. Due to sponsorship, some areas of the show may have exclusive ownership. To sponsor an area of the show, please visit the 'Sponsorship' page.
